Get ahead of the competition by joining Maple Zone’s Director of Speed and Strength, Elite Pose Coach Tracy Peal, Sr. Each session offers intensive training in an advanced sports-specific environment. Experience the pro-style approach to speed, acceleration, agility, first-step quickness and strength. A must for any athlete looking to play at the next level. Open to all high-school age athletes.

Group (limited to 6 athletes): $350/8 sessions (90 minutes)

Our intermediate level of sports conditioning, building on the basic skills of running, jumping and throwing. Athletes will be introduced to more complex motor skill development, including jump training, and multidirectional movement.
Private: $35/session (30min)
Semi-Private (2 athletes): $30 per athlete/session (30min)
Group: $175/8 sessions (1hour)
Monday 5:30-6:30pm/Thursday 5:00-6:00pm /Saturday 10:00-11:00am ages 7-11yrs
Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm/ Thursday 6:30-7:30pm ages 12-15yrs
